Dinner Last Night

I got groceries from Trader Joe’s so I could prepare food at home and save a little money.

I have salad greens and I made a vinaigrette with lemon juice, garlic and olive oil…same one I always make.

A loaf of fresh bread, some Italian Salumi and cheese makes a great panino for dinner.

Phoenix Training

You may know by now that I’m in training for seven weeks at the Phoenix location.  I have Saturdays off, so I woke up early yesterday to drive around and take some pictures.

Natto Tonight

I eat this stuff and I like it. Had some tonight and this is how I prepared it.

1 bunch of soba noodles cooked for 5 minutes and cooled.
1 45g package of natto…I was shorted on the mustard
Kim chee juice that spilled on the counter a little.
Noodle base that contains shoyu, dashi, sugar and wine…comes in a bottle
3T minced scallion

I snacked on the kim chee while I waited for the water to boil.

I’m very satisfied and I feel like I ate right.
